Brazed assemblies for travelling wave tubes and microwave tubes.
Ceramic-to-metal brazed assemblies: our engineers combine the unique properties of ceramic and metal to produce components that outperform either material alone. Ceramic-to-metal brazed assemblies offer high mechanical strength and excellent electrical insulation while maintaining ultra-high vacuum and reliability even in high-temperature, harsh environments. They are widely used in photomultiplier tubes, silicon photomultipliers, travelling wave tubes, microwave tubes, X-ray system components and image intensifier housings.
| Process | Ceramic metallization + vacuum brazing |
|---|---|
| Sealing | Ultra-high vacuum, helium leak tested |
| Insulation | High dielectric strength |
| Temperature | Stable at elevated temperatures |
| Applications | PMT / TWT / Microwave tubes / X-ray / Image intensifiers |
| Customization | OEM / ODM, build-to-print |
Ceramic-to-metal brazed UHV components — insulator assemblies, photomultiplier housings, microwave-tube parts and custom hermetic assemblies — are built with the same metallization, brazing and helium leak-test process as our standard range.
